Hey, what’s up, guys? In the last video, we worked on quarter note and eighth note rhythms. This is the third and final video of this Drop series, so we are going to add sixteenth note rhythms to the previously studied material. You’ll find a link to the sheet music below. Okay! Let’s walk through the first rhythm. In the first measure, we are going to drop on beat one, pull back on beat two, then we are going to baby scratch three and four e and ah. In the second measure, we are going to baby scratch beat one and beat two, then we are going to drop on beat three and pull back on beat four. The tempo is at 85 beats per minute. Here we go!
Rhythm 1

In the second example, we are going to play the same rhythm, but this time we are going to play it two times for a total of four measures. Let’s make sure that we don’t rush the pullback. We want to be in time. We want to be right on beat. Alright, here we go!
Rhythm 2

Let’s move onto the third example. This time, we are going to baby scratch beat one and beat two, drop on beat three, then pull back on beat four. Then, for the second measure, we are going to baby scratch one and two e and ah three four. We are going to play this 2 times for a total of four measures. Okay! Here we go!
Rhythm 3

Time to break down the fourth and final example. We are going to baby scratch beat one and beat two, drop on beat three, then pull back on beat four. Then, for the second measure, we are going to baby scratch one and two e and ah three four. We are going to play this four times for a total of eight measures. Let’s try not to rush the pullback and keep our baby scratches clean and consistent. Here we go!
